Orders will be shipped ONLY to credit card billing address in USA, if you need for us to ship to any alternate address other than your billing, please contact your credit card company and add that address as an alternate address to your card. If in the verification process, this info doesn\’t match your order will be canceled. If Credit Card Company cannot verify your information accurately, your order will be canceled as well. Orders placed with same billing and shipping address will be automatically confirmed.

All outgoing within the continental USA shipping is free for orders of $200.00 and up before taxes via UPS ground service, unless you want to upgrade your shipping method for faster service. We will NOT ship to U.S. Post Office Box or military address. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and purchases MUST be ensured when shipping back to us.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, there will be a surcharge of 19.95 for additional shipping costs.

For USA orders we accept all major credit cards for payments though Stripe.com and Paypal.com that are our secure online payment gateway. We do not receive or keep your credit information, it is transmitted encrypted and securely SSL from credit card merchant.

Please be advised that all new orders need to have matching billing and shipping address. We reserve the right to verify orders with buyer, who must comply with security questions about the order and payment information. This will ensure your protection and ours. For International purchases outside of USA, please be ready to pay us ONLY via PayPal instant payment and you don’t need an account on PayPal to do so and you can use your credit card as a source of payment at paypal. This is for your protection and ours.

We will ship via USPS (US Postal Service Priority or Express Mail) and will send you invoice and tracking number once purchase has been shipped. Customers are responsible for entry costs and duties for your order in your country. Shipping priority usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the country and Express Mail 3-5 business days.

We stand behind our product 100% and if for any If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the products unworn, unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging. Haute Footwear must receive the merchandise within 14 days from your original receipt of the order for a full refund. All orders returned after 14 days will not be accepted and return shipping to you will be at buyer expense. We will only refund the purchase price of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

The only exception to this is items marked down on \”sales\” with discounts of 50% or higher, these items may not be returned or exchanged and their sale is final. Marked down items, on \”Sale\” , items on promotion and item purchased with referral codes that are not listed as \”Sales” with markdown of 50% or more”, may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All used, damaged, or worn will NOT be accepted and return shipping to you will be at your expense.

In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging, including: shoe traveling protection box, shoe original box, dust bags, shoe horn, as well as other promotional items that may have arrived with the shipment, returned items must be insured for the entire value of the purchase. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

If you received your Haute Footwear shoes as a gift, we\’re happy to help with your exchanging your gift. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@hautefootwear.com. For returns you should email us to inform us of your request and we will email you return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.

You may exchange merchandise ordered online by emailing us to orders@Hautefootwear.com or calling us to place a new order for the new item you want and following the return policy for the product you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out right away and, if you reside in the United States, you will be charged for the new item but not for shipping and handling at the time of order. You can return the exchange merchandise after processing the return by emailing us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

If you receive merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will contact you regarding a replacement item and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the original item and original packing material in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. If we request that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 7 days, we will charge you for any replacement item. If for any reason you are delivered a package completely destroyed or damaged please do not accept it and notify UPS driver and us.

In the event that we have an inaccuracy in our system and your order is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail. We will assist you in selecting another item or if we expect to get more of the item in, you will be given the option to be notified by e-mail when it becomes available.

All transactions on Haute Footwear website are governed by New York State law without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered transactions pass to the purchaser in New York upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
